Standard Shipping Policy

We ship orders everywhere across Australia.

Your item will be shipping from Melbourne, Australia. Since each product is made to order, it would take usually 1–4 days (this may change during peak periods) to be processed and made. After it's done, we will ship it to you and you’ll be able to follow your parcels journey with a tracking number. Shipping times vary based on your location but will generally take 3-7 business days to arrive.

Like so many other businesses we rely on delivery networks, who are working as fast as they can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. 

Delivery Method
Once you place your order, we’ll send it off via Australia Post and their eParcel service.

Delivery Times
All orders will generally be dispatched within 1-4 business days of ordering, though this may change during peak periods.
 
Standard shipping usually takes 3 -7 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location.  Express shipping usually takes 1-3 business days.

Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided with an Australian eParcel tracking number. You can track the shipping status of your order at Australia Post. 

Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping
For orders under $75 AUD, a flat fee of $10.95 for standard delivery will be charged.
For orders over $75 AUD, we provide FREE standard shipping.

Express Shipping
Express post orders will cost $14.95 within Australia. Express orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days, though this may change during peak periods.

The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb and postcode are correct.
