FAQ
Shipping & Returns
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email to notify you on when your items are getting printed – since each product is made to order, it would take around 1–4 days. After it's made, we will ship it to you and you’ll be able to follow your parcels journey with a tracking number. Shipping times vary based on your location but will generally take 3-7 business days to arrive.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery directly on the AusPost website.
Can I get free shipping?
Definitely! If you make an order over $75. Otherwise, standard shipping charges apply $10.95.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently do not offer international shipping outside of Australia.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are often made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please refer to our returns policy for more details.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Because we produce most products on demand, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Process
What is print-on-demand?
Print-on-demand means that we only create products as orders are placed, which helps us minimize waste and use materials more efficiently. This also means each item is made especially for you!
What materials do you use for 3D printing?
We use eco-friendly PLA (Polylactic acid), a biodegradable plastic made from plant-based resources like corn. It’s both sustainable and durable, making it perfect for our products.
How durable are your 3D printed products?
Our 3D printed products are designed for both functionality and style. PLA is a strong material for everyday use but is best suited for indoor environments. We recommend avoiding high temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
Are your products customisable?
We currently do not offer customisation or personalisation for any of our products. However, this is something we will be looking at in the near future – stay tuned!
What’s the difference between 3D printing and traditional manufacturing?
3D printing allows for on-demand, highly customizable, and more eco-friendly production compared to traditional methods, which often involve excess waste and longer lead times. With 3D printing, we only use the materials we need.
Why should I choose print-on-demand over ready-made products?
Print-on-demand offers a more sustainable, efficient approach by creating only what is needed. It minimises waste and avoids overproduction. This approach also reduces the carbon footprint compared to traditional mass manufacturing, making it a more sustainable option.

How do I care for my 3D printed products?
To ensure the longevity of your 3D printed products, keep them away from extreme heat or humidity, as PLA can warp or degrade in high temperatures. Simply clean them with a soft cloth and mild soap when necessary.
