Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in the quality of our products, and customer satisfaction is important to us. All of our products are designed and produced using quality materials and undergo quality control checks before being sent to your home.

Please note the following:

  • Because our products are often made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
  • No refunds will be issued unless the products are proven to be faulty.
  • In the event that your product is faulty or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with clear evidence of the fault, and we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • All items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product before offering a resolution.
  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method once the faulty product is received and inspected.

We encourage you to carefully review your order before confirming it, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon being delivered and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Our products are made to order, therefore once orders are finalised we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and ensure you are happy with your order, as exchanges are only allowed if the goods are proven to be faulty.

Refunds
If your order is accepted for a return and you have undergone our return & refunds process, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
